Jasmine Coelho

Content Strategist

Jasmine Coelho is a cultural anthropologist and master’s student in Cultural Differences and Transnational Processes at the University of Vienna. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University College Utrecht, where she studied Anthropology, Art History, and Museum Studies with a focus on cultural heritage. Her work focuses on decoloniality, restitution, and resistance movements, examined through ethnographic and collaborative research methods. She has conducted fieldwork in Aruba exploring the relationship between murals and cultural identity, highlighting the role of public art in shaping postcolonial narratives of belonging in a diverse society. As a Content Strategist with The Repatriates project, she contributes to the translation of research and curatorial content across various mediums, helping to make the project’s themes accessible to both academic and artistic audiences.
