This session is a sharing of materials, stories and techniques between various doll makers from Australia and Namibia.
Participants are invited to bring materials to use and will be able to exchange also with other participants.
With a focus on inherited histories and practises of doll making of various kinds, no particular previous experience is requires for this collaborative gathering. Creative interpretation and expression are encouraged.

The workshop is a closed making session in the JMAG and will be recorded to be shared with the Australian indigenous artists who cannot be present in person. Those who do not wish to be recorded can easily still participate.
